Permobil, Inc. Production Team Lead in Lebanon, Tennessee
Key Duties:
- Responsible for a group of operators and carry out manpower utilization effectively to meet demands for Final Configuration.
- Conduct on job training of operators.
- Observe, inspect and confirm that all work is built per work instruction and procedures.
- Verify rejects and deviations from production line and report daily.
- Ensure operators achieve/perform to takt times, daily targets and team work.
- Practice and ensure a safe working environment in accordance to PINC standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with computers (Windows, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Respond quickly and appropriately when the line is down.
- Assist Production Supervisor in the daily running of production and able to adapt to any job as assigned.
Education Requirement:
- High school diploma or GED
Required Knowledge/Skill:
- Familiar with power mobility in the medical field, preferred.
Experience Required:
- Previous supervisory experience (2+ years) is preferred or minimum of 2 years' experience as a Permobil production line operator.
- Must have a thorough knowledge of all stations.
