Quality Supervisor

The Quality Supervisor leads and develops the operations quality department at PU NAS to meet customer satisfaction and improve the overall business performance. They drive and support structural quality initiatives and help maintain our quality system.
Manage direct reports in Final QC, setting work schedules and assignments; manage individual and group performance by use of coaching and annual appraisals.
Foster a “I own quality” culture at PU-NAS by working closely with production and other departments management to improve process and performance related to quality.
Work with Local and Global regulatory team to ensure compliance with Federal and International regulations.
Participate in local and global quality initiatives.
Lead continues improvement and standard work initiatives.
Any other duties driven by business needs.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED, Associates degree or greater is preferred.
Extensive Permobil product knowledge.
3 - 5 years of supervision experience.
Mechanical knowledge and aptitude.
Electrical and electronics knowledge.
Analytical skills in order to determine root cause, trends and effective solutions; attention to detail.
Interpersonal skills that foster a team environment and effectively manage people and projects.
Intermediate computer skills utilizing common business systems and applications.
