As the Final Inspection Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality before they reach our customers. You will coordinate and manage all final inspection processes, ensuring timely and efficient completion of all assigned operations. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in maintaining our commitment to excellence.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Ensure Completeness and Quality : Verify that pump equipment is complete and in appropriate condition to pass inspection
Coordinate Inspections: Book and coordinate the internal final inspection, monitoring attendance from all relevant areas
Client Collaboration: Liaise with client inspectors to ensure all project requirements are achieved
Status Updates: Regularly inform the business of the status of work as completed and highlight any outstanding actions
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Experience: Proven experience in quality assurance or inspection, ideally within manufacturing or engineering
Expertise: Strong understanding of inspection techniques and quality control processes. Background in pump rotating equipment is highly desirable
Skills: Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with the capability to prioritise tasks effectively
Attention to Detail: Meticulous with a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills
Pressure Handling: Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using inspection tools and software
Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
