Scotti's Golf Kitchen Staff Management in Leeds, Massachusetts
LEEDS Kitchen Staff Management Scotti\'s is seeking full time kitchen staff with experience to fill our team. Line cook experience required. Season typically runs Spring to Fall, operating hours will extend from 11-3 pm lunches to include dinner hours after Memorial Day, 11-8 pm and will be reduced again around Labor Day. Early morning fresh prep begins most days at 6 am. Experience in safe food preparation of deli veggies, deli meat slicing, safe raw and seafood allergy handling, portion control and ability to maintain sanitary environment required. Self starters who want to grow their culinary career through experience of operating a fast paced quick serve restaurant encouraged to apply. Leadership skills are essential, as these positions require some oversight of team members under 21. Pay adjusted accordingly. Background check will be conducted.
