**Job Duties:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced live-in Home Health Aide to provide comprehensive and personalized care for an individual with disabilities and/or illnesses. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing quality of life by offering professional assistance and support within the home.
**Key Responsibilities:
Health Monitoring and Medical Assistance:
- Monitor health status and address health-related needs around the clock, while living with patient.
- Perform healthcare tasks such as changing bandages, dressing wounds, and administering medication.
Personal Hygiene and Daily Living Assistance:
- Help maintain good personal hygiene.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, toileting, and ambulation.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Run errands including grocery and medication shopping, accompanying to hair/personal care appointments, and similar errands.
- Accompany patient during longer trips including travel out of state, as needed.
