ADOBE INC. Premier Technical Support Engineer (multiple openings) in LEHI, Utah

Provide technical oversight and help Adobe internal teams, customers and partners be successful with Adobe Campaign. Solve complex technical challenges such as diagnosing multiple data systems via multiple protocols, identifying, and recommending solutions that can provide real-time decisions for millions of customers, and helping connect customers to the products in the Adobe Marketing Cloud Function as an expert on our software and deliver standard methodologies to other internal groups at Adobe. Perform root cause analysis on customer implementation issues with the goal of enabling both peers and the customer to grow their knowledge of the product. Educate internal technical teams, customers, and partners on specific product functionality required to resolve their issues. Work collaboratively with Technical Support team members and members of other Adobe teams such as Consulting Services, Engineering, and Technical Operations. Write KB articles and as needed present internal informal courses on solving areas of product functionality and implementation. Assist in solving issues related to 3rd party software applications. Provide timely response and resolution to technical queries. Research and resolve complex technical issues using JavaScript, HTML, and XML. Evaluate and understand the business impacts of technical issues.

May allow partial telecommuting.

 

Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Applied Computer Science, or a related field and completion of a university level course, research project, internship, or thesis or one year of experience in the job offered or in a Computer Systems Engineers/Architects-related occupation, including experience in multi-tiered enterprise software applications; database-centric, internet-based systems; writing and debugging SQL statements; XML, HTML; JavaScript; PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL, or MySQL; and Web services APIs, SOAP, and Rest.

Alternatively, the employer will accept a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Applied Computer Science, or a related field and 2 years of experience experience in the job offered or in a Computer Systems Engineers/Architects-related occupation, including experience in multi-tiered enterprise software applications; database-centric, internet-based systems. writing and debugging SQL statements; XML, HTML; JavaScript; PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL, or MySQL; and Web services APIs, SOAP, and Rest.
