Express Employment Professionals Bank Teller in Lehighton, Pennsylvania
Perform review of all new accounts Communicate errors to branch staff following established procedures Track and follow up on errors following established procedures Perform required maintenance to core system at account level and CIF level. Scan account documents into bank's core document retrieval system. Perform bank counter scanning of daily department transactions Sort incoming bank mail Post outgoing bank mail Account research requests for statements, checks and deposit copies. Performs any other related duties as assigned or as necessary.
Supports daily activity of the Deposit Operations department, including but not limited to: Ensuring compliance with bank policies/procedures and banking regulations surrounding new deposit account setup and account maintenance.
Digital dexterity and eye/hand coordination in the operation of office equipment. Light to moderate lifting and carrying of supplies, files, etc.; the ability to speak to and to hear customers and/or other employees on telephone and in person.
3 years of related banking experience.
