Job Description

Safran Nacelles is a worldwide leader in aircraft engine nacelles. Our products and services equip all aircraft types; regional, business, short, medium and long range commercial aircraft. Our expertise covers nacelle design, manufacturing, integration, maintenance and services.

3D Metal Forming B.V, is a young and fast growing company with customers all over the world recently acquired by Safran Nacelles.

Our enabling technology for the design and manufacture of monolithic structures makes it possible for aircraft manufacturers to simplify assemblies. Our innovative forming process offers our customers greater competitiveness by reducing production costs and by reducing the weight of aircraft resulting in lower fuel consumption.

You will participate in and further develop our innovative metal forming process that allows us to produce very complex shapes (double curved) with very large dimensions. You will be committed to current and upcoming industrial production where we provide our customer with high-quality parts. You will also contribute to R&D projects where we develop new applications for the further improvement and sustainability of the aircraft and aerospace industry.

Complementary Description

Job profile :

• Member of production team,

• Assembling moulds

• Preparing moulds for production,

• Perform High Energy Hydro Forming process

• Operate various press systems

• Actively identify quality and process improvements,

• Metalworking in general (welding, grinding, drilling, tapping, etc.)

• MBO+ Technology / Mechanical Engineering

• Actively participate in design and (quality) evaluation discussions,

• Knowledge of metalworking and forming,
