SYSTEMS ANALYSTS (multiple openings) (SA-24)
Conduct system analysis, testing and deployment to maintain and improve existing computer systems and business processes. Analyze and document business requirements. Work with stakeholders to design and implement systems or solutions. Translate requirements gathered from stakeholders into technical and functional specifications. Conduct gap analysis and review and identify gaps in critical business processes. Prepare cost and benefits analysis to help management determine if IT systems and upgrades to existing computing infrastructure are financially worthwhile, effective and efficient. Perform systems and system integration testing, UAT, regression testing, and performance testing. Document process and workflows and interface between new and legacy systems. Develop and execute test plans, and write test scenarios and test cases. Participate in daily Scrum, Stand-up and defect call meetings. Test and monitor computer system performance to ensure proper operation. Train users on new operating systems. Fix bugs, troubleshoot system processes, resolve system issues, generate reports, provide technical support, etc.
REQUIREMENTS: Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering or related fields and minimum 1 year demonstrated experience in systems analysis or systems testing using SQL, ALM/Quality Center, XML, MS Visio, SQL Server required.
