Our Client is seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Missouri. This is a perfect entry-level opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do:
Maintain a clean and safe work environment (think cleaning, trash removal, and groundskeeping)
Assist with minor tool repairs and machine changeovers
Lend a hand with warehouse rack installations and repairs
Ensure tools are functioning properly through torque verification
Tackle seasonal challenges like snow removal and salt application
Assist with minor HVAC maintenance tasks
Operate a manlift for specific tasks
Keep our facilities looking great with painting projects
Help reconfigure office spaces
Install new work centers
Bonus points if you have:
- Forklift experience
What you'll get:
Competitive starting pay: $19-$23 per hour
First shift schedule: 4 x 10-hour days (Monday-Thursday) with occasional overtime on Fridays

Around 1 year of experience in a maintenance-related role (with a desire to learn!)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills

Responsibilities
We consider this an entry level Tech.
Position that will cover everything from cleaning, warehouse trash and recycling, grounds keeping, minor tool repairs, machine changeovers, warehouse rack installations and repairs, torque verifications on tools, snow removal, salt application, minor HVAC maintenance, use of a manlift, painting and office area reconfigurations, as well as work center installations.
