The Fine Dining Server works in our 1894 Fireside Bistro restaurant, serving a prix fixe menu or wine tasting dinner, fireside in the historic Wyndhurst Manor. Our Fine Dining Server is focused on delivering exceptional customer service while providing an upscale dining experience for guests. They are responsible for submitting guest menu selections and presenting food and beverage preferences. Our Servers are knowledgeable on all food and beverage menu options and provide thoughtful recommendations. Other duties include general restaurant preparation and maintaining a sanitary environment. Qualifications:
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
Refined verbal communication skills
Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
Ability to stand for long periods of time
The desire to work and interact with a team
Previous serving experience is required
Fine dining experience is preferred
Intermediate wine and alcohol knowledge is preferred
Availability to work during restaurant hours - Thursday-Monday evenings
