Aston Carter Dispatcher in Leola, Pennsylvania

Description:

  • Receive service calls from reception during regular office hours

  • Coordinate work order and agreements

  • Dispatch technicians to perform the work

  • Coordinate call off lift rentals for work orders

  • Coordinate subcontractors for work orders

  • Create and provide subcontractors and vendors with purchase orders

  • Process work orders and inspection reports

  • Process purchase order number for restock on inventory

  • Collections for service and inspection billings

  • Process service and inspection paperwork to electric forms

  • Maintain log of inspection reports

  • Assist with ordering and purchasing material from vendors, as needed

  • Other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of dispatching experience within the services or utilities industry

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Experience with Vista Viewpoint is a plus but not required
