Funciones:
El desktop support specialist I (especialista en soporte de escritorio I) es el segundo nivel de soporte para proporcionar soporte a clientes con aplicaciones, productos o servicios de IT. El objetivo principal de este puesto es ayudar a los usuarios de todos los departamentos con problemas relacionados con IT e implementaciones de hardware que no pueden ser resueltas por el servicio de soporte. Este puesto de trabajo brindará soporte tanto en persona como de forma remota según sea necesario y es responsable de garantizar que se brinden soluciones efectivas a los usuarios que requieran de soporte.
Proporcionar soporte para todos los dispositivos y servicios IT. El soporte puede incluir responder preguntas, solucionar problemas, instruir a los clientes con respecto a la funcionalidad de software, hardware y las políticas relativas a los sistemas de comunicaciones.
Participar en la investigación y la solución de problemas técnicos. Consultar con personal técnico especializado cuando sea necesario.
Registrar la información del cliente y del problema en el sistema de órdenes de trabajo (Work Order System) de PCI. Actualizar las solicitudes de soporte (tickets) con las intervenciones realizadas y cerrar los mismos con la información relativa a la resolución de cada incidencia al finalizar.
Proporcionar soporte a cada orden de trabajo y escalar los problemas de mayor complejidad o criticidad a los grupos de soporte apropiados para su resolución.
Proporcionar seguimiento a las solicitudes de soporte (tickets) para verificar que las soluciones aportadas resuelven efectivamente los problemas de los usuarios, ya sea verbalmente o por correo electrónico.
Solicitar cotización y pedidos de componentes de IT.
Ayudar con las implementaciones de hardware y software según sea necesario.
Conocer y cumplir todas las políticas, procedimientos internos de PCI y la normativa cGMP, GDPR y GCP.
Trabajar en proyectos relacionados con el servicio de soporte e infraestructura IT según se requiera.
Realizar otras tareas según se requieran por su responsable directo, supervisor o responsable de departamento.
REQUISITOS ADICIONALES:
Necesario ingles hablado y escrito, nivel medio/alto.
Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en puesto similar.
