DEPARTAMENTO: GARANTIA DE CALIDAD
REPORTA A: Responsable de garantía de calidad
Funciones:
Elaborar Procedimientos Normalizados de Trabajo siguiendo las normativas GMP.
Implantar y verificar la aplicación de las GMP.
Emitir y revisar Guías de Fabricación, Boletines de Análisis, Boletines de Estabilidades, documentación asociada a las campañas de fabricación, etc. Decisión final sobre sobre la aprobación o rechazo de los lotes fabricados.
Colaborar en la elaboración de documentación técnica relacionada con los productos fabricados (dosieres, acuerdos de calidad, etc.).
Colaborar/aprobar la cualificación y validación de equipos, sistemas y/o limpiezas.
Supervisar y aprobar la validación de procesos, métodos analíticos y estabilidades.
Elaborar informes de calidad.
Aprobar, a propuesta de I+D y/o Registro, especificaciones de calidad de materiales de partida, productos intermedios y productos terminados.
Participar en las auditorías de clientes.
Control y archivo de documentación, datos y registros generados. Control del etiquetado.
Verificar las expediciones de producto terminado a cliente.
Gestionar CAPAs, desviaciones, OOS y quejas de clientes.
Aprobar y gestionar controles de cambios (procesos, instalaciones, métodos…).
Evaluar y homologar proveedores. Auditorías externas a proveedores.
Realizar auditorías internas de Calidad.
Desempeñar sus funciones siguiendo los criterios de calidad marcados por la Compañía.
Realizar las funciones de su puesto atendiendo a los criterios comportamentales establecidos por la Administración por Valores.
