Job Details:
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Within a team environment, efficiently and safely operate equipment and perform other functions to maximize equipment utilization, quality and team harmony.
- Make necessary adjustments to maintain control conditions.
- Accurately observe, measure and record product / process necessary to insure product quality.
- Provide active input to continuous process improvement.
- Provide accurate documentation of production operations.
- Receive and move material to efficiently maintain production.
- Effectively communicate job related information.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to read and write. Must be able to comprehend procedures, process documents and work instructions.
- Must be able to write sufficiently to document the process.
- Ability to do basic math with fractions and decimals.
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
- Use and understand appropriate computer functions.
- Understand and apply SPC fundamentals.
- Use precision measuring equipment, methods, techniques, record and interpret results.
- Knowledgeable of basic P / M processes and equipment.
- Thorough knowledge of all applicable process documentation.
