Alphabroder DTG Group Lead Operator in Lewisberry, Pennsylvania
Position Summary
This position is the primary technical expert for the Direct to Garment operations on the production floor, ensuring that all DTG equipment is properly maintained and operating efficiently. The DTG Lead Operator will run production when not performing equipment maintenance or assisting with training operators.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Ensure standardized operational processes and procedures related to high-quality DTG garment embellishment are established and followed.
Full understanding of M&R Polaris Machinery, production capabilities/requirements, art production,
Liaison with M&R Tech Support to ensure necessary support for success.
Work closely with the in-house maintenance team to ensure the highest production performance quality standards are achieved.
Perform mechanical operation and maintenance of DTG equipment according to established guidelines and schedules.
Setup and operate DTG equipment.
Assist with training department operators
Maintain color profiles and machine print settings, and manage art ripping software
Qualifications
Qualifications
2-3 years of relevant industry / apparel printing experience.
M&R Polaris experience & screen print experience helpful
Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop experience preferred
Excellent time management and prioritization skills and great attention to detail.
Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
