Bethesda Family Services Foundation Bookkeeper in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania

Position Title: Bookkeeper

Program/Site: Administrative Office

Reports To: Executive Assistant, President, Executive Director

Hours Per Week: 15

 

TASKS, DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES

The tasks, duties and responsibilities shall include but are not limited to the following:

  • Accounts Receivable
  • Reconcile Bank Statements
  • Prepare Bi-monthly financial statements for board meetings
  • Prepare quarterly and annual tax payments
  • Send monthly statements and past due letters
  • Review monthly aging report
  • Payroll

         

     

Desired Qualifications: The bookkeeper candidate should have an associate's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience, as well as a working knowledge of bookkeeping and generally accepted accounting principles. Preference will be given to candidates with a working knowledge of the Quickbooks accounting software package.
