Our Hospice House has a Per-Diem position available for an Administrative Team Assistant, 8 hours every Saturday and Sunday.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION: Serves as the center for verbal communications for referral sources, internal and external customers while performing basic clerical tasks. Clerical tasks include telephone, reception area, data entry and the use of office equipment such as copy/fax machine and postage machine.

EDUCATION: High School Diploma required. Graduation from a two-year business college with an Associate’s Degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE: Reception and high-volume telephone experience required. Experience in customer service and/or public relations in an office setting preferred. Strong computer skills required. Experience dealing with internal and external customers in a fast-paced multi-task environment required.
