Central Maine Medical Center Manager Talent Acquisition in Lewiston, Maine

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages the day to day functions of the Recruiters

  • Continuously improve hiring practices to provide best in class candidate experience

  • Define, design and implement scalable recruiting strategies and in close partnership with a keen focus on impacting company-wide diversity aspirations

  • Advise business leaders on innovative sourcing strategies utilizing external market insights and intelligence to influence direction

  • Identify areas for automation and workflow optimization to streamline the hiring process

  • Drive accountability to deliver against organizational goals across your direct team and through collaboration with international teams while increasing efficiency and productivity

  • Lead collaboration and innovative problem solving across cross-functional partners to develop and execute a recruiting strategy for all business units across Central Maine Healthcare

  • Utilize data to influence the overall recruiting strategy to increase effectiveness of various programs and initiatives

  • Recruit personally for key positions to enable the business to meet its hiring goals

Education and Experience:

  • High School Graduate. Bachelor Degree Preferred.

  • Supervisor experience preferred.

  • 5+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience

  • Proven background in providing a consultative recruiting approach with internal stakeholders

  • Proven experience in implementing best in class hiring practices

  • Experience bringing creative sourcing strategies to all positions

  • Clear communicator both written and verbal

  • Experience with metrics and analytics to inform areas of focus for the department

  • Business acumen combined with the ability to build and develop a world class team that delivers on its goals

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
