The University of Kentucky Medical Center is a premier research institution in the Commonwealth serving a wide geographic area, treating patients from throughout Kentucky, Tennessee, West Virginia, and beyond, providing the opportunity for large practice growth with the Markey Cancer Center being the only NCI-designated Cancer Center in Kentucky. In our Division of Hematology & BMT, our mission is to reduce cancer deaths through innovative research, dedicated patient care, and education.
