Description

Robert Half Lexington is seeking multiple diligent Customer Service Representatives to join a call center team for an RH client in the hospitality industry, based in Lexington, Kentucky. In this role, you will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, promptly processing client requests, and accurately entering information into the reservation system. Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring high standards of professionalism at all times.

• Process requests from all clients promptly in accordance with defined service levels.

• Accurately enter information into the reservation system as required.

• Enhance the reputation of the company by providing an exceptional level of service to all clients.

• Utilize proper grammar and appropriate speech to note client needs and issues.

• Meet all client deadlines and respond to clients by communicating quickly and accurately.

• Follow up with clients on outstanding requests before arrival to complete requests.

• Resolve all client and hotel issues regarding extensions, early departures, or other changes to a reservation on a daily basis.

• Collaborate and communicate with Account Management teams and Hotel Network Management to identify hotels frequented by clients and identify opportunities to provide clients with "in-network" hotel options.

• Manage inbound and outbound call time to maximize availability to take a call.

Requirements • Proficiency in handling inbound call center operations

• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls

• Proven ability to resolve customer service issues promptly and effectively

• Previous experience in a call center customer service role within the hospitality industry

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet

• Excellent computer skills, with experience using customer service software and databases

• Ability to build strong relationships with customers and provide a positive experience

• Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
