This role involves strategic planning, program assessment, and identifying opportunities for improvement in current systems. The successful candidate will develop and modify complex integrations, ensuring the dependability and scalability of third-party systems within our CRM operations. Proficiency in SQL queries, Tableau, SAP HANA, Power BI, and Azure is required to serve as a subject matter expert for our unit, as well as to organize and transform information into comprehensible structures.
