Monday-Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm. This position will be hybrid.

This position is with the Evaluation Center housed within the College of Education at the University of Kentucky. The Center writes evaluation components of grants, designs and collect quantitative and qualitative data, conducts analyses, and writes reports. The Evaluation Specialist, leads both independent and team-supported evaluation projects including taking the lead on managing all aspects of project activities including data collection, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and oral and written communications.

In addition, the position will be responsible for directing and guiding a team of graduate assistants in all activities. Additional responsibilities include leading and assisting in developing grant and/or other funding proposals with stakeholders and participating in cross-center collaborations including project management, project monitoring, consultations, and strategic initiatives.

Funding for this position is for two years. There is a possibility that additional funding would be acquired, and this position would continue to exist.

Quantative and/or qualitative research methodologies and software; evaluation methodologies; survey development

PhD in Educational Science, Higher Education, or similar field; experience with leading multiple projects with overlapping and competing deadlines; experience with data analysis and report writing.
