Job Description
The intern would be working closely with the Environmental Sustainability (Business) team and the Data Digital & Technology (DD&T) team.
How You Will Contribute:
The intern would be responsible for navigating the Enablon system running reports in Enablon and verifying this against data in the data warehouse
The intern would be part of a team that would be implementing additional features on the Enablon application
The intern would be responsible for understanding the business requirements, working with the development team and test the enhancements based on the business requirements
The intern would learn how Enablon integrates with other systems like GGX, EDB, EHS Data Viz Dashboard and troubleshoot any issues that may arise working with the business team and the DD&T team
The intern would be responsible for responding to any ad hoc data needs from various stakeholders with guidance from the Business & DD&T team

The intern will have 1st hand experience on the day to day working of the Business & DD&T team
The intern will be exposed to environmental regulations and how Takeda has designed robust processes & implemented IT systems to meet and report on the regulations
The intern will also learn how IT systems are set up/configured and the life cycle of IT systems
This experience will be very valuable as the intern will be part of a high performing team in a large & complex organization like Takeda
Job Requirements:
This position is a hybrid role located in our Lexington, MA office
In pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in either Environmental engineering, Civil Engineering, Sciences or other related field, graduate degree a plus
Advanced excel knowledge including pivot tables and formulas
Knowledge of environmental permits and regulations
Knowledge of environmental databases and software tools
Internship Eligibility
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship
Must be currently enrolled in a degree program graduating December 2025 or later
The internship program is 10-12 weeks depending on the two start dates (June 2nd- August 22nd) or (June 16th - August 29th)
The intern must be able to commit to one of these time frames
Able to work full time 40 hours a week during internship dates
Takeda does not provide a housing stipend or relocation support for the U.S Summer Internship Program

U.S. Hourly Wage Range:
$21.00 - $46.00
The estimated hourly range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual hourly wage offered will depend on the candidate’s school year/level to be entered following completion of internship. The actual hourly wage offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. internship benefits vary by location and may include:
