Growing manufacturer in Liberal, KS is seeking a Manufacturing Production Manager to add to its team. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience in manufacturing as well as welding and blasting and coating experience. strong leadership experience required as well as knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing. This is a day shift position with a target bonus of 15%, excellent benefits and relocation!

All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.

• Monitor production schedules and workflow to meet delivery deadlines.

• Implement and maintain safety protocols and compliance with regulations.

• Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment

• Excellent leadership abilities

• Knowledge of safety and quality standards

• At least 5 years of experience with welding required, FCAW certification preferred

• At least 5 years of experience with blasting and coating (NACE certification preferred)

• Previous experience working with production, steel tank manufacturing preferred

• Bachelor's degree preferred
