TOWN OF LINCOLN Information Technology Support Specialist: The Town of Lincoln - an organization that believes that workforce diversity strengthens performance, integrity, trust, and partnerships with our staff, boards, committees, community, and guests - is seeking qualified applicants for the full-time position of Information Technology Support Specialist. Reporting directly to the IT Director, this position will provide IT end user desktop support and network administration for town (non-school employees. The IT Support Specialist is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various applications, end user workstations, servers, peripherals, and network components that are utilized throughout the departments. Other roles include assisting in project implementation and providing end user training. This position requires an Associate degree (BA preferred) in the field of computer science or other related fields or equivalent with two years of additional education in personal computer applications with one to three years of experience. Applicants must be available to accomodate system installation upgrades and emergencies outside of normal working hours of 8:30-4:30 M-F.
