We are searching for a Process Engineer Intern with a creative and problem-solving mindset. This role is crucial for the company’s performance and offers a chance to make a big impact at a fast-growing Consumer Health y company. A person in this role routinely supports the PE team as technical owners of our packaging and manufacturing processes. This role will collaborate internally with supervisors and technicians in the Operations department, Quality Assurance, fellow Engineers, and Product Subject Matter Experts. These activities are conducted in projects and involve teamwork with experts across functional groups to ensure project success.
What will your individual contribution at Haleon be?
Investigate and resolve day-to-day production problems.
Identify opportunities or implement changes to improve products and processes or reduce costs using knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling and production equipment, packaging methods, quality control standards or product design, materials and parts.
Troubleshoot new and existing product problems involving designs, materials, or processes.
Review product designs for manufacturability and completeness.
Coordinate, conduct and evaluate experiments that support process changes.
Prepare reports summarizing information or trends related to process performance.

Education required:
Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate or master’s degree engineering program graduating between December 2025 – May 2027.
A cumulative GPA of 3.0 is preferred.
Other requirements:
Candidate must be able to work full-time (40 hours/ week) Monday-Friday 8am-5pm for 12-week duration
Provide your own funding for relocation and commuting.
Candidate must be eligible to work in the US at the time of, and for the duration of, their employment. Employees will be required to furnish evidence of US work authorization.
Expected start date: June 2025
The hourly rate for this role is $24.50/ hour.
