HelpCloud Contact Center Representative in LINDON, Utah

About:

We're seeking experienced Contact Center Representatives that will be responsible for over the phone support and providing customers with top notch customer service and resolutions. Previous contact center experience is preferred but not required. We are seeking representatives that can work in our Lindon, UT office.

Qualifications:

  • Customer first mindset to resolve any and all questions/concerns
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen
  • Accurate, fast typing and entering correct data on customer profiles using computer software 
  • Basic computer skills, navigation and data entry
  • Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with others to resolve inquiries
  • First point of customer contact for general inquiries, issues and concerns
  • The drive to continue self-educating on our services and industry

     

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED / equivalent
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Able to pass a background check

     

Nice-to-have:

  • 1 - 2 years of Customer Service Experience
  • 1 - 2 years of Call Center Experience

     

Compensation:

  • $15/hr. base pay
  • Additional opportunity to make daily and weekly SPIFF (cash) bonuses
  • We pay bi-weekly (every other Friday)
