The purpose of this position is to:

Provideprojectoversight for Behavioral Health initiatives.
ServeastheBHStraining coordinator.
This incumbent in this position directly supervises Psychological Services Directors at MCF-LL (Mental Health Director, TRIAD Director, and SOTP Director) as well as intermittent mental health staff. Dotted line supervision of the sex offense directors across the system. Provides additional sex offense treatment related technical supervision for the treatment programs housed at MCF-Rush City, MCF-Shakopee, and MCF-Red Wing. Serves as the liaison between MN DOC Substance Use Disorder and Sex Offense Specific treatment
Minimum Qualifications
To be qualified for and considered for this position, applicants must meet all the minimum qualifications listed below. Ensure that your resume contains descriptions of your work experiences sufficient for comparison against the requirements stated below and indicate the beginning and ending month and year for each job held.
Licensure inMinnesota as an Independent Clinical Mental Health Provider (i.e., LISCW, LP, LPCC, LMFT).
Four (4) years’ experience designing, implementing, and/or evaluating behavioral health programs. Note: A Doctorate in Psychology or closely related field may substitute for two (2) years of experience.
Demonstrated leadership experience,which may include experience as a supervisor, lead worker, team lead, project lead, or completion of a State of Minnesota leadership program (e.g., ELI or SLI), or comparable leadership program.
Advanced understanding of sex offense specific treatment programming and needs.
Preferred Qualifications
The following qualifications are strongly desired of applicants seeking consideration for this position:
Experience providing programming, and/or supervision services for criminal justice involved persons.
Experience as a trainer or in public speaking.
Experience in organizational change management for implementing programs to improve participant outcomes.
Experience supervising staff in the provision of services to criminal justice involved individuals.
Physical Requirements

Additional Requirements
The selection process may include screening the top candidate(s) on their criminal history, predatory offender registration, offender associations and/or other applicable background information in accordance with Department of Corrections’ policy. Top candidate(s) must pass a criminal history check which includes successful completion of all sentencing and/or restitution requirements of law enforcement jurisdictions, including probation.
Employment history/reference checks, including incidents of sexual harassment, will also be conducted on the top candidate(s) in accordance with Department of Corrections’ policy. This may include a review of job performance and discipline records.
