We work with contractors, real estate agents, and clients of all types to provide custom and efficient solutions for their consulting needs.

Role Description
This full-time hybrid role involves initially working full time on-site at our Linwood, NJ location, with the opportunity to evolve into partial or full time remote work as abilities allow. As a Structural Engineer, you will collaborate with our engineering team to design, analyze, and modify primarily residential structures. Additionally, you will oversee the planning and implementation of a range of structural design projects and ensure that all engineering projects meet regulatory standards and government requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, or a related field
• Successful completion of the Fundamentals in Engineering exam is required. Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus, but not required
• Relevant work experience in structural engineering and design is a plus but new graduates are welcome.
• Strong working knowledge of engineering principles, theories, concepts, and practices as well as relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations
• Experience using software such as AutoCAD is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
