We are looking for an trainee to:
Perform regular Customer Service activities processing sample requests for direct customers and distributors.
Provide a standard level of service to our transactional customers and distributors
We count on you for:
- Learn how to manage effective and accurate order processing from order placement to delivery and follow-up
You can count on us for:
Receive training in SFDC and SAP
Manage Sample Orders to prospect customers
Manage Customer Specific Requirements
Sample management
Customer request management
You will bring:
University Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or other related fields
No previous experience needed
Fluent in English Acute customer centricity
Excellent relational skills
Capacity to collaborate and work within a team
Eager to learn how to manage projects
Microsoft Excel / Google Suite
