The incumbent will deliver Global Mobility services according to the service catalog:
Key Responsibilities :
Provide end to end support on Global Mobility processes, ensure the timely and effective resolution to day-to-day requests.
Act as the adviser/consultant for Global Mobility policies and guidelines.
Manage the assignment services and will manage our external providers services;
Manages the entire assignment life cycle or permanent transfer and Rreport any escalations so they are solved quickly with corrective measures.
Ensure the compliance with relevant laws, regulations and company policies related to global mobility services
Develop and maintain good relationships with related stakeholders across the organization, including HR business partners, hiring managers, payroll team and external relocation vendors relocation, immigration, tax…).
Proactively initiate and support continuous improvement opportunities or projects in Global Mobility.
Education & Experience
University degree in Human Resources or Management or similar
At least 1 year experience within Global Mobility environment
Customer-oriented and problem solving mindset
Proactive and Make-it-happen altitude
At ease with engaging with senior level employees/managers
Must have skills
Good verbal and written communication skill
Process optimisation, Agile and Problem solving - with a Performance management focus
Attention to detail to maintain the highest operational standards
Fluency in English (Written & Spoken)
