Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the service industry, based in Little Rock, Arkansas. As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to manage customer inquiries, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and process customer applications. This opportunity offers a contract with potential for permanent employment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a large volume of inbound calls, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

• Process customer credit applications promptly and accurately.

• Collaborate with technicians to schedule service times for customers.

• Provide comprehensive and precise information about services and pricing to customers.

• Carry out data entry tasks, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of customer data.

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when required. Requirements • Proven experience in the service industry, preferably in a customer-focused role.

• Demonstrated skills in providing excellent customer service, with a strong ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints.

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls, with the ability to manage high call volumes efficiently.

• Strong data entry skills, with a high attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively address customer needs.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for understanding and resolving customer issues.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with ease.

• Proficiency in using various customer relationship management (CRM) software.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.

• Willingness to work in a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as customer service is a 24/7 operation.
