At CHI St. Vincent Heart Clinic Arkansas, you will be an important part of the state’s largest and most diverse network of heart specialists. And we are close to home with services in Little Rock, North Little Rock, Hot Springs, Searcy and Conway and more than 25 community locations.

Responsibilities

Assist in the management of infrastructure technologies and provide support for applications and enterprise- wide integration and implementation of networking technologies. Must place a high value on secure, highly available, fault-tolerant systems and be proactive in identifying and resolving technical challenges and work as a team player.

  • Install, configure, monitor and maintain VOIP/PBX system and circuits including, voice mailbox administration, IVR, and Contact Center.

  • Install, configure, monitor, and maintain network infrastructure, network services, equipment and devices.

  • Install, configure, monitor, and maintain virtual server and virtual desktop infrastructure.

  • Install, configure, monitor, and maintain Storage Area Network and provision storage as needed.

  • Install, configure, monitor, and maintain SQL databases, database management software and other data file structures.

  • Install, configure, monitor and maintain Microsoft Windows server.

  • Install, configure, monitor and maintain VMware technologies such as ESXi, vCenter, Horizon View.

  • Provide system engineering, support, and Administration.

  • Have solid expertise in disaster recovery.

  • Be available by email, phone, and/or cell phone for emergencies and work as needed after business hours as well as being one of the primary 24/7 contacts for various service providers in the event of a failure or interruption in service.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Five or more years of full time relevant experience in an information technology field.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training

  • In-depth understanding of network topology and architecture, including SAN, VMware, VDI, Microsoft, Cisco, VoIP, and SQL server and databases.

  • Knowledge of security and service-based technologies.

  • Advanced knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems and network related technologies and protocols

Pay Range

$29.02 - $42.08 /hour
