Summary:

Remote — MUST RESIDE IN ARKANSAS

Serves as an application specialist who uses existing knowledge to develop and deliver quality analytics and insights to support the organization's ability for effective decision making for patient care, patient safety, education, and research.

Additional Information:

Experience and Technical Proficiency:

Basic proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data visualization tools .

Strong background in Epic and/or Non-Epic reporting and analytics. Epic Cogito (Clarity/Caboodle/Slicer Dicer/Reporting Workbench/Radar) and /or Non-Epic ( Microsoft Azure analytics , PowerBI , Tableau, etc.) technologies.

Basic and fundamental understanding of healthcare system processes (Preferred)

Communication and Problem-Solving Skills:

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues efficiently.

Demonstrated agility in adapting to changing project requirements and adeptness in project management methodologies. Proven ability to navigate through challenges with a flexible and proactive approach, ensuring timely and successful project completion.

Description

  1. Works closely with users to provide stable and reliable system analytics.

  2. Communicates status of current projects or problems.

  3. Acts as the second level support for the analytics projects assigned.

  4. Assists trainers in the development of training material related to supported analytics applications.

  5. Provides regular maintenance to dash boards, reports, metrics and all other analytics components.

  6. Performs analysis, troubleshooting and root cause analysis of system analytics issues.

  7. Maintains system documentation and audits.

  8. Completes change control process.

  9. Tests new functionality in releases to determine application analytics viability and integrity.

  10. Performs other duties as assigned.
