Polar Field Services, Inc. is seeking a passionate and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our seasonal facility maintenance and upgrade projects in the breathtaking landscapes of Greenland. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the success of our operations at Summit Station and Raven field camp, while potentially exploring other polar regions.

Your Role:

As a Construction Project Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of project management, from conception to completion. Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with superintendents on constructability reviews, material take-offs, procurement strategies, and more Coordinating seasonal staff recruitment and travel arrangements Deploying to the field as needed to ensure project success Qualifications:

BS/BA in a related field and 10+ years of relevant experience, with 5+ years in construction project management Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in construction management software, project scheduling tools, and cost estimation software Knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, safety regulations, and sustainable practices PMP certification Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. Note: US Citizenship is required for facility credentials/authorization at this work location. Experience in Arctic environments, remote field work, and science support is a plus Why Join Us?
