Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships will play a crucial role in developing and managing key relationships with strategic partners. This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills, capable of creating and executing both short-term and long-term joint roadmaps that align with company goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth through collaboration, managing contracts, and ensuring mutual benefit in all partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role you will:

  • Identify, develop, and manage relationships with strategic partners in the wireless industry.

  • Collaborate with partners to create and execute joint roadmaps aligning with business objectives.

  • Drive growth through strategic partnerships by identifying new opportunities.

  • Oversee joint projects, ensuring timely delivery and strategic alignment.

  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

  • Develop performance metrics and report on partnership outcomes to senior leadership.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

As a successful Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships, you will have:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or a related role in the wireless industry

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing strategic partnerships

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $110,110.00/Year - $157,300.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
