Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Senior Program Manager will play a critical role in managing and coordinating strategic programs and initiatives within the Partnerships department. This position requires a highly organized, strategic thinker with exceptional leadership and communication skills. The successful candidate will drive cross-functional collaboration, ensure the execution of high-impact projects, and prepare internal and external facing materials and presentations.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Assist the SVP of Partnerships in developing and implementing strategic plans
Oversee the execution of key initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals in partnership with our PMO teams
Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and other collaborative sessions to drive project progress
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Represent the SVP of Partnerships in meetings and discussions as needed
Facilitate communication and collaboration among partners, ensuring alignment and mutual benefit
Develop high-quality presentations and reports for internal and external partners
Ensure all materials are clear, compelling, and aligned with strategic objectives
Collaborate with relevant departments to gather necessary data and insights for presentation materials
Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making
Monitor dashboards and performance metrics to track progress and outcomes
Prepare and present regular reports on project status, risks, and opportunities
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Chief of Staff, Project Management, or a related role
Skills and Qualifications:
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
Demonstrated experience in preparing high-quality presentation materials
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year

The base pay range provided is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies. Compensation is also based on the role's location and may change depending on the work location. Candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check. The posting will be active for a minimum of 3 days and will continue to extend by 3 days until the position is filled.
