Aston Carter Loan Servicing Representative in Livermore, California


To support the daily operations of the Lending Operations Servicing department, service and maintain the credit unions loan portfolio. • Performs Loan maintenance tasks, including but not limited to loan payoffs, escrow analysis, impound account maintenance, loan modifications, monthly Insurance reconciliation, and ordering loan related documents required from third party vendors • Process a large volume of inbound and outbound lending related phone calls from members and co-workers, and collaborate to identify effective and efficient service to members • Responsible for the accurate completion of assigned service requests while maintaining established service level requirements for their completion. Resolve any loan exceptions or corrections, research payment issues and discrepancies • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the credit union’s product and services • Understand and comply with applicable Federal and State Laws, banking regulations and OE Federal Credit Union’’ Policies and procedures • Perform other lending or related duties as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/ GED or 2 Years of equivalent experience • 3 years of experience in loan servicing or similar preferred • Strong communication (verbal/written), negotiation and presentation skills; ability to effectively interact with all levels of’ internal and external business partners. • Strong member service, relationship, organizational, analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines. • Strong working knowledge of Credit Union products, services, policies, procedures and regulations. • Knowledge of lending systems, security agreements and terminology • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). • Embrace ongoing education and learn/apply new skills and software applications. • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
