Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Liverpool, New York. This role is positioned in an intimate office setting within a shipping warehouse industry. The successful candidate will be an integral part of a small, dynamic team, adept at multitasking, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support.
• Efficiently handle order processing tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to maintain and manage spreadsheets, keeping detailed and accurate records.
• Collaborate closely with the small team, contributing to inside sales efforts and warehouse duties.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Monitor customer accounts regularly, taking necessary action when required.
• Maintain a high level of organization in a small office environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the shipping warehouse team. Requirements • Proven experience in Customer Service is vital for the role.
• Ability to Multi Task efficiently is required.
• Previous experience in Inside Sales will be advantageous.
• Excellent Communication Skills are essential for effective customer interaction.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Duties is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must for managing customer data.
