Roto-Rooter is looking for Restoration Technicians and laborers to join our Water Restoration team.

Ideal hard working candidate will have the opportunity to make $50k annually!

Good fit for those with carpet cleaning, construction, lawn care, pest control, and general laborer. Experience in drywall cutting, finished carpentry a plus!

As a water restoration laborer, your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to daily emergency services.
• Communicate job process with customers and answer questions accordingly.
• Remove damaged or wet building materials such as carpet, pad, baseboard, cabinets, drywall.
• Take daily moisture readings, measurements, set up commercial drying equipment.
• Responsible for cleanliness and care of Roto-Rooter vehicle.

Requirements include:

• Must have a professional appearance and great attitude.
• A valid Michigan driver's license with a reasonable driving record.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check with no felony convictions or misdemeanors involving violence or theft.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Because we provide 24-hour emergency service, must be willing to be on call when needed.
• Some night and weekend work is required.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Must have a high school diploma or a GED certificate.
