Position Purpose

Works with peer Talent Acquisition Partners and Talent Acquisition leadership to understand staffing needs in order to develop and implement a proactive, innovative sourcing strategy. Ensures consistency of employer brand to attract and recruit diverse top talent. Sources, assesses and selects qualified applicants to be referred as candidates for open searches, which includes networking and cultivating a talent pipeline in a creative and effective manner. Creates and fosters a positive customer experience for applicants, serves as an ambassador for the assigned division, region and organization.

What you Will do

Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to implement proactive and diverse sourcing strategies.

Use various sourcing tactics like social media, database mining, and networking with professional organizations to identify talent.

Seek out passive candidates through research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Provide hiring managers with qualified candidate recommendations and keep the Talent Acquisition team updated.

Manage communication with applicants regarding application status and help referred candidates navigate the recruitment process.

Maintain a database of potential candidates for future recruitment needs.

Support system-wide projects or initiatives.

Stay updated on the organization’s benefits, salary structures, and culture to promote it to candidates.

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, along with 3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.

Expertise in sourcing methods, screening, interviewing, and passive candidate solicitation.

Trinity Health PACE has Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) in several states, and we give seniors the support they need to live in their own home or with family. Getting older and staying independent is not always easy. You or your loved one may have trouble with daily activities like getting to primary care provider's appointments, bathing, and getting dressed. Our PACE programs help seniors do all of these things while living safely at home, and our team of healthcare providers from Trinity Health PACE will help you or your loved one live as healthy and independent as possible.
