Seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional/Estimator - Experience is preferred but not required. Proficient in Microsoft Office is desired.

Organization skills - ability to multi-task and accomplish several objectives in a limited time frame with very little or no supervision
Leadership skills - ability to oversee and collaborate with peers in a team environment
Communication skills - ability to communicate effectively to complete objectives and overcome objections

A few of the job requirements...
Maintain relationships & generate additional business with existing customers, as well as solicit and obtain new customers - commercial and residential
Estimate jobs from start to finish, working off blueprints provided/measurements taken from jobsites, and meeting all bid deadlines
Coordinate installation, working with all internal team members Learn and stay current on flooring products and trends
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Salary (Commensurate with experience)+ Commission (Uncapped earning potential)+ Retirement Plan+ Paid Vacation and Holidays
