Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring for a Office Manager in Lockport, NY . This job is onsite. Please reply with an updated resume for consideration.

Type: Temp to Hire

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience

Shift/Hours: Monday – Thursday 7:45AM – 5PM Friday 7:45AM – 12PM

Specialty: Podiatry Office

Responsibilities of the Office Manager:

· Greeting patients

· Scheduling apts

· Confirming apts

· Answering phones

· Scan insurance cards

· Prior authorizations

· Taking copays

· Work within Practice Fusion EMR system

· Cleaning rooms [vacuum and wipe down]

Qualifications for the Office Manager:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Previous experience working within a medical office
