ALLEGHENY MANUFACTURING Plant Operator in Lockport, New York
Lockport. Allegheny Manufacturing. Plant Operator.
Qualifications and Skills: * Experienced using common hand tools and pneumatic tools * Good mechanical aptitude * Ability to be cross trained in other functions * Observant, attentive to detail, and quality conscious * Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds * Any experience with painting machinery is a plus*
Duties and Responsibilities: * Execute assignments as given by the supervisor or group leader * Install and repair various equipment and components * Follow drawings to meet product specifications * Meet or exceed quality of work and quantity expectations * Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of products to written standards * Able to work in a fast-paced environment * Able to work independently to complete a task * Able to communicate and work with customers, suppliers, and other team members
