Philips Customer Order Specialist with Russian in Lodz, Poland
As Customer Order Specialist you will join Philips’ Supply Chain. On daily basis you will have a chance to be crucial part of Supply Chain process at Philips GBS Lodz. Join our Order Management team that is responsible for managing orders, cooperation with Project Managers, Account Managers and other internal stakeholders.
Your role:
Quote Preparation , order placement, order screening
Managing orders (standard and non-standard) with use of SAP and other supporting tools
Factory Order Cleaning and Provide Initial Allocation Date
Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Suppliers, and other stakeholders within Philips)
Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx)
Together with team members continuously implementing improvements through Lean tooling and disciplines
You're the right fit if:
You have at least 1 year of experience within Supply Chain (especially Order Management), Logistics or Transport
You have very good Russian level and English level (B2 or higher)
You are excellent problem solver and have good organizational skills (time management, work management)
You have knowledge of Excel (e.g. data reporting, data analysis, pivots, Vlookup)
You have knowledge of SAP or other ERP (would be an advantage)
