6:00 AM-6:00 PM (Weekday & Weekend shifts) $ 16.00

6:00 PM-6:00 AM (Rotating schedule) $18.40

What’s a typical day as an Assembly Tech? You’ll be:

• Producing Bioprocess Containers in a cleanroom environment.

• Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instruction Documents (WID), and blueprints or drawings to assemble, handle materials, operate equipment, and package goods.

• Using tools and equipment such as computers, calculators, measuring tools, assembly hand tools, Bioprocess Container machinery, and pallet jacks.

• Ensuring product quality by cooperating with upstream and downstream stations, conducting inspections, and reporting any issues.

• Recording accurate documentation in Production Control Documents (PCD).

• Actively participating in Practical Process Improvements (PPI), Lean, and Continuous Improvement activities.

• Working as part of a team, assisting with training and mentoring co-workers.

• Adhering to schedules to meet production goals.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Are at least 18 years old.

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Have 2 years of production experience (preferred, not required).

• Exhibit good verbal and written communication skills.

• Can read and understand written materials.

• Can count items, perform basic calculations, and measure using tools.

• Pay strong attention to detail and have problem-solving abilities.

• Have a consistent track record of following policies, procedures, and meeting goals.

• Can work in a fast-paced regulated cleanroom environment for up to 12 hours a day.

• Can lift and manipulate up to 40 pounds unassisted.

• Can stand, reach, bend, stoop, push, and grasp.

• Can use equipment and hand tools that require forceful gripping and repetitive motion.
