JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute activities for product and component qualifications.
Prepare samples and execute testing to protocols as directed by Engineers.
Accurate data compiling and maintenance.
Assist with preparation of reports and presentations where required.
Operate lab equipment.
Identify any problems that may adversely affect test performance or reporting of test results and either correct the problems or immediately notify supervisor.
Maintain laboratory in a clean and functional state.
Adhere to department rules and laboratory procedures, as well as company regulations stated in the employee handbook.
Adheres to department specific safety guidelines.
Standing, sitting, walking, bending, reaching, manual manipulation, and lifting to 25 pounds.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Previous mechanical testing lab experience preferred.
Must have the ability to follow laboratory instructions and safety requirements.
Ability to demonstrate excellent time management skills and work efficiently.
Self-starter, results oriented, and able to multi-task.
Must have basic computer skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
