West Virginia Employer Grill Cook in Logan, West Virginia
Grill Cook/Loader/QC personnel positions in Logan, WV. Applicant should be able to interchange duties and perform all 3 duties. Loaders: Load the proper meat as ordered per check, load and prepare potatoes in the oven ensuring inventory as to not run out, set up buns and toppings on plates for all sandwiches and load sides. Grill Cooks: Responsible for preparing all items on the charbroiler to the proper temp per customer order. Give QC ticket to add proper side items. QC Position: Responsible for cooking items that are prepared on the flat grill, stock the steam table, ensure all items are holding temp of 140 degrees.
