TEKsystems Employee Relations Investigator in Loma Linda, California
Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling complaints related to harassment, hostile work environments, misconduct, policy violations, and other workplace issues. This role involves conducting thorough investigations, analyzing evidence, and providing detailed reports and recommendations. Key Responsibilities: Complaint Handling: Receive and review complaints related to harassment, hostile work environments, misconduct, policy violations, and conflicts between employees or between employees and managers. Investigation: Utilize standard investigation techniques to conduct workplace investigations. This includes gathering and analyzing evidence, interviewing respondents, and documenting findings. Reporting: Prepare detailed investigation reports and provide recommendations based on findings. Collaboration: Work closely with HR partners to determine appropriate corrective actions, training needs, or other necessary responses. For higher severity cases, collaborate with managers to review and respond appropriately, which may include termination. Policy Compliance: Ensure all investigations and actions comply with workplace policies. Assist in referencing and understanding workplace policies and ensure proper documentation is maintained.

- Direct investigations if they have 2-5 years of experience. - SHRM or AWI association of investigators or any programs that they had - Attorney would be good as well.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00
